Anita’s Pie Shop is a small roadside pie shop on East Orchard Mesa, baking fruit pies, specialty pies, personal pies, hand pies, and seasonal creations. From Palisade peach and cherry to cream, pecan, and unexpected fruit combinations, the pie case reflects the flavors of Western Colorado and the people who stop in to enjoy them.
Anita Hix and her family have deep roots in Palisade’s local food community. The pie shop continues that tradition with pies to enjoy by the slice, share at the table, or take home for later.
